My first task today was stripping the back off of snow peas, 2 bags full. You had to tear the leaf end and pull it back on the straight end, my finger tips were killing after this!
In the other bucket i had to chop off the leaf ends of beans and had to do 3 bags full of that.
Above in the bottom left corner is mince with tomato cooked together, which i got to do ! was defiantly interesting to see what kind of herbs and spices go into their food, when preparing for it.
I got to make this !! was so excited. had to put the chips of and put the fish in the batter. After putting that on made my salad with caesar dressing :)
Got my fish and chips out after 5-7 mins, let them drip most of the oil off. Coated them with salt and put a side of tarte sauce!
WAS SO GOOD
Today was last day at inferno's! i enjoyed my stay so so much and so glad i came here, the people are lovely and great atmosphere :) and great food.
Defiantly come back.

DAY FOUR
The fist task I got today was making chicken schnitzel. First you had to dip it in the flour with your right hand, then pick it up with your right and dunk it in the egg and milk and then pick it up with your left hand and mix it in with the bread crumbs and place it nicely on the blue tray.
Above is a photo of a loaf of bread which i had to cut up six of them, equaly make each slice even and then every second piece butter it with butter and cling wrap it up all together and place it in the "yellow bin" - bread bin. This hurt my wrist so much! the bread was so hard, defiantly built up some muscles there :)
This was the gross's task I have ever done! i had to chop up 50 chicken wings, first cut at the knee and the second at the ankle of the wing. To make it easier you would place the part you were cutting as a V so it would go easily through the bone.
Today was very eventful and defiantly learnt knew preparation tips :)

DAY THREE
Today woke up and caught the bus to inferno :)
Above is a photo i took of what i had to do. I had 2 bucks of meat with ingredients such a herbs and spices.
I had to mix it until it was evenly spread out and then get the size of a golf ball, roll it and then flatten them into little sausages, this are going to be used for meat balls. This literally took me 4 hours to do, so exhausting!
After the 4 hours had gone past, i had some lunch and cleaned my area to move onto the next task.
Jimmy showed me how the orders worked, schedules and other bits to making the work a smooth and happy restaurant. I helped 'mike' the co-head chef chop up a Kilo of basil, into fine chopping's and put it in a container, to store in the fridge.
Last mini task i did was to do the 'finishing' of the meals when about to be delivered to the customer.
I had a very fun day today, looking forward for tomorrow!
